RETURNS & REFUND POLICIES
Returns
Any product or service returned to Shelf Company Services Australia Pty Ltd due to an error on the
part of the purchasers that has been correctly complied as per the original instructions
of the purchaser shall be charged an additional fee that fairly reflects the time
required to amend the error.
Shelf Company Services Australia Pty Ltd will not be held liable for any mistake or
misunderstanding on behalf of the purchaser made in relation to any law pursuant to the supply of
any product or service purchased and subsequently delivered as per the specifications of the
original order.
Any product or service returned to Shelf Company Services Australia Pty Ltd due to an error on our
behalf will be corrected at our expense to the specifications originally communicated by the
purchaser as soon as possible.

products or services correctly supplied according to the request of the purchaser.

cards being destroyed on a periodic basis.
